âNo matter where you're at, I've got barbecue everywhere,â said Garcia, culinary director of Goldenvoice Festivals, highlighting the festival's signature food offerings.
âNow the palate has switched from barbecue to more high-end offerings as well,â Garcia noted, reflecting the evolving taste of festival-goers.
