Nvidia has purchased another major office complex in Santa Clara for $123 million in cash, expanding its presence next to its current headquarters.
The 13-acre site at 2348 and 2350 Walsh Ave. includes 10 buildings totaling 251,000 square feet, according to the San Jose Mercury News.
The complex sits across the street from Nvidia's headquarters at 2788 and 2888 San Tomas Expressway - an eight-building, 550,000-square-foot campus.
In February, Nvidia purchased a 500,000-square-foot campus from the Sobrato Organization, marking a trend of significant expansions.
