Downtown San Jose mixed-use tower development site is offered for sale
Briefly

The proposed development at 51 Notre Dame Avenue in San Jose has pivoted from an ambitious 21-story mixed-use tower to a more modest mid-rise luxury building. Initially designed to feature 290 residential units and significant office space, the revised plan cuts the housing units by approximately half. Emphasizing a luxury multifamily approach, the new vision incorporates numerous amenities, such as a penthouse roof lounge, pool area, and ground-floor fitness center, appealing to a different segment of the residential market.
Now, a much smaller residential building is planned for the site, which is at 51 Notre Dame Avenue in San Jose.
The vision has now dramatically changed to a development with about half of the housing units.
