Specially designed haul rope with plastic built into the steel strands will offer a smooth, quiet ride."
"Pinyon Express, Deer Valley's second six-pack bubble lift, features the advanced Doppelmayr D-line system. This is not the first D-line lift for Deer Valley; Keetley Express has the same level of technology and advanced systems. Pinyon Express, located on the backside of Park Peak, has 11 towers and a haul rope length of 6,300 feet. Similar to the Keetley Express, the lift has weather protective bubbles aimed at keeping guests warm at high elevation."
On December 27 Deer Valley Resort opened new terrain and two new lifts, welcoming guests with 5 inches of snow, donuts, and hot cocoa. Five additional lifts are scheduled to open later this season.
