The Glacier Point Road will open at 8 a.m. after being closed for winter, offering visitors breathtaking views of Yosemite Valley and its attractions.
Yosemite spokesman Scott Gediman expressed excitement over the road's opening while advising visitors to remain cautious of snow on trails.
The road, recently upgraded, has been an attraction since the early 1900s, famously visited by President Theodore Roosevelt and naturalist John Muir.
The shuttle service to Mariposa Grove, home to giant sequoias, will also reopen, complementing the Glacier Point attraction for visitors.
