A new muscular injury is expected to sideline him for about a month, potentially causing him to miss up to six matches, including the North London Derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Other injured Arsenal players include Mikel Merino, Bukayo Saka, Leandro Trossard and Max Dowman. Viktor Gyokeres and Gabriel Jesus remain options to lead the line.
