San Diego FC have signed Scotland winger Lewis Morgan from New York Red Bulls for a fee that could reach up to $820,000, with a contract through 2026 and club options for the following two seasons. The 29-year-old joined New York in 2021 from Inter Miami and made 82 appearances, scoring 31 goals and providing 10 assists during his time there. Injuries limited him to three appearances this year as New York finished 10th in the Eastern Conference. Morgan has seven Scotland caps and last played internationally in June 2024.
