Thomas Frank is feeling the trust of Tottenham's hierarchy despite mounting scrutiny over a disappointing season. At least one executive has raised the option of ending his seven-month reign as Spurs struggle in 14th place in the Premier League after seven wins from 22 games. Large sections of the supporters have lost faith, with fans chanting "you're getting sacked in the morning" following the recent home defeat by West Ham. Frank met with chief executive Vinai Venkatesham and board members for a friendly lunch and described a positive conversation about life, football and the club's future. Frank has only 11 outfield players available for the upcoming Champions League match and urged everyone to give support from minute one.
