How Lady Gaga Spent Her Wednesday
Briefly

Lady Gaga guest-stars in Wednesday season two as Professor Rosaline Rotwood, appearing briefly in part two and causing mayhem. After Wednesday loses her psychic powers in part one, her grandmother Joanna Lumley urges her to seek Rosaline's help. Rosaline is deceased and buried, with a Latin grave inscription warning of a deadly trick if her gaze is broken. An accidental interruption by Enid causes a body swap between Enid and Wednesday, creating lethal stakes unless they reverse it. The girls must inhabit each other's lives, unravel inner secrets, and learn to accept each other, echoing themes of identity and acceptance.
Three year's after Nevermore Academy's killer dance became synonymous with Gaga's Born This Way banger "Bloody Mary," the pop enchantress guest-stars in Wednesday season two as the ghoulishly fabulous Professor Rosaline Rotwood in episode six. While Gaga is only in part two of the season for a brief moment (ghosts tend to disappear), she causes a fair amount of mayhem.
When Enid accidentally interrupts the spell, she and Wednesday switch bodies, Freaky Friday style. Except the stakes are a little higher - if they don't find a way to switch back, they're dead, as promised. How else do you Tim Burton-ify a Lindsay Lohan movie? Since they're our main characters, the girls just have to "unravel the innermost secrets of the life you've stepped into," in Rosaline's words, and accept each other for being ... born this way.
