Rosie O'Donnell uploaded a childhood photo of her daughter Chelsea to Instagram on Oct. 29 and asked for prayers. She wrote that Chelsea struggled with addiction and included the hashtags "addiction," "love" and "family," saying the post aimed to bring awareness. Celebrity friends offered support in the comments. Chelsea had her probation revoked and was sentenced to prison on Oct. 22 following three arrests last year. O'Donnell said she has compassion for those struggling with addiction and described Chelsea as born into addiction; Chelsea was adopted in 1997 and has four young children.
