Estate attorneys and trustee Christopher Cortazzo allege Iswarienko has failed to meet agreed financial and other obligations, including selling Doherty's $1.5 million Dripping Springs home and splitting proceeds, sharing half of $100,000 airplane sale proceeds, and turning over personal property such as photos. Attorneys allege he refused to list the house, appears to be living there, missed deadlines, and has not delivered funds owed to the estate.
