Ryan Tverberg will debut in the NHL for the Toronto Maple Leafs against the Dallas Stars. He has performed well in the AHL, scoring 14 goals and 32 assists in 61 games. Selected in the seventh round of the 2020 NHL Draft, Tverberg will play on the fourth line. Coach Craig Berube praised his speed and tenacity. Tverberg expressed pride in representing his hometown and acknowledged the hard work and injuries he overcame to reach this point.
