The commissioner highlighted a potential conflict of interest, as Massoudi had offered the same official a Raptors game ticket just a day prior. Massoudi contended that he promptly identified his non-compliance during a conversation and indicated a colleague would follow up. He emphasized his commitment to compliance, stating he has since enhanced internal protocols to prevent future issues.
