Ripple Fiber announces expansion into Arizona
Ripple Fiber plans to expand into Arizona with an initial investment exceeding $80 million to build a 100% fiber-optic internet network. The project will target more than 50,000 homes and businesses in Pima County. Construction begins in Oro Valley later in May, followed by Sahuarita in early June, with additional municipalities to be announced as the build progresses. Service for the first Arizona customers is expected later this summer. The network is described as symmetrical, with enhanced security and high reliability. Residential plans start at $40 and scale up to 8 Gig. Plans at 1 Gig and above include an eero Pro 7 router and free internet backup, and multi-gig packages include a 3-Year Price Lock. White Glove Installation and a 30-Day Service Promise are included.
