Up to a million people are expected to attend the final day of Notting Hill Carnival, causing major travel disruption. The main parade starts at 10.30am, sound systems go live at 12.00pm, and floats, music and stalls finish by 8pm. The Waterloo and City line is closed and the Mildmay line is running a reduced service affecting routes between Willesden Junction, Clapham Junction, Camden Road, Stratford and Richmond.
