Over a million guests have stayed at the Irish resort since 2019. Occupancy at Longford Forest is around 97 percent, and Irish visitors are paying higher rates than guests at the UK parks. Center Parcs is undertaking its first major expansion at Longford Forest to increase capacity. Construction is currently underway on site. Marketing communications indicate that 83 new lodges will be available to book from January 2027. The expansion responds to sustained domestic demand and high occupancy, and will increase accommodation availability for future holiday seasons.
