David Tennant recently spoke about the future of Good Omens following Neil Gaiman's exit as showrunner amid sexual misconduct allegations. Tennant confirmed the series is moving ahead with a 90-minute finale, stating he is relieved the story would not be left unresolved. While he expressed gladness about the series' continuation, Tennant did not comment on the allegations against Gaiman, who has denied any wrongdoing and is currently involved in a legal dispute with one of his accusers.
"We're doing Good Omens again. We're going back to do the final, we're doing a finale. There's been a slight rejig with the personnel, but we still get to tell that story."
"I think it would have been very difficult to leave it on a cliffhanger. So I'm glad that's been worked out."
