Email exchanges from 2001 and 2002 show correspondence between Ghislaine Maxwell and a correspondent labeled The Invisible Man who appears to be Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. The Invisible Man signs off as A and references writing from Balmoral, mentions a valet and having recently left the Royal Navy; Andrew left the Navy in July 2001. A 2002 email forwards a message referring to giving Andrew a phone number. Buckingham Palace and Mountbatten-Windsor have been approached for comment. Mountbatten-Windsor has previously acknowledged his friendship with Maxwell and stated in October: I vigorously deny the accusations against me. Mention in the files is not evidence of wrongdoing.
