Mr Moodie, 27, died in hospital after a shooting in New Park Road, Clapham, at about 20:50 BST on 8 September. The four arrested men are aged 25, 26, 27 and 28 and remain in police custody. A 20-year-old man was also injured and has since been discharged from hospital. Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Lee said the arrests marked a significant step and that the investigation is working at pace; specialist officers are supporting the family and a continued police presence is expected at the scene.
