"A man has died after a fire at a block of flats in east London. The male was taken from the Priory Court estate to hospital, where he was sadly pronounced dead the following day. Two people left the building before LFB arrived. The brigade was called at 7.08am and control officers mobilised crews from Walthamstow and surrounding stations to the scene. It had been extinguished by 8.15am."

We sent resources to the scene including an ambulance crew, an incident response officer, a clinical team manager and paramedics from our hazardous area response team. We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London's Air Ambulance. We treated a patient and took them to hospital."
