This follows a series of price hikes over the past years. While customers will be alerted 31 days prior and can exit their contracts without penalty during this grace period, NOW emphasizes the need for price adjustments to continue service improvements amid rising operational costs that are impacting the whole industry.
The costs of providing services have, however, increased significantly, and it's affecting the entire industry.
We understand that price increases are never welcome; however, to continue improving our services, we need to adjust our pricing.
