"Fayaz Khan who is from Afghanistan and has an AK47 tattooed on his face made the threat against Farage in October 2024. "This illegal migrant, who threatened to kill Nigel Farage, could be out of prison in just 18 months. He should be deported back to Afghanistan and never allowed to return. Those who break into our country, threaten our people and our democracy, have no place here.""
Fayaz Khan, also named Fayaz Hosseini, is an Afghan illegal migrant with an AK47 tattoo who threatened to kill Nigel Farage on TikTok in October 2024. Khan was sentenced to five years at Southwark Crown Court. A High Court judge and Farage described the threat as "pretty chilling." Farage said he was "happy with the win" but warned Khan could be released in about 18 months while his asylum claim is adjudicated. Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick called for deportation back to Afghanistan and said those who enter illegally and threaten people have no place in the country. Farage noted Khan had 17 convictions in Sweden.
