The brothers stepped down from leadership at their brokerage after the suits became public and were arrested on December 11, 2024 on federal sex‑trafficking conspiracy charges and Florida state sexual battery counts; the indictment alleged repeated drugging, sexual assault, and rape of dozens and included 11 counts. Oren was also charged with sexual exploitation of a minor for allegedly recording sex with a 17‑year‑old.
