The man wore a black hat, brown coat and had a beard, mirroring the outfit he wore when he was killed on Jan. 24. The footage shows him spitting on a Ford SUV, shouting abuse, kicking and smashing the right tail light and flipping the middle finger. Agents exited the vehicle, grabbed and pushed him to the ground, fired tear gas and pepper balls, and continued to hold him down.
