"Blanca Hernandez Morales was the fourth and final member of the notorious Queens-based Cid-Dominguez Sex Trafficking Organization to be sentenced to multiple decades in federal prison. Morales and her co-defendants were arrested by federal agents in December 2021, and while all four lived in Corona, their business was largely conducted in Westchester County and Connecticut. All four are related by blood or common-law marriage."
"In addition to the term of imprisonment, the judge ordered her to pay $179,000 in restitution. "Today's sentence holds the defendants accountable for their decade-long exploitation of young women and minors and is a reckoning for the perpetrators of these deplorable crimes," U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Joseph Nocella said. "It is our hope that these extensive prison sentences bring some measure of comfort to the victims in this case.""
Blanca Hernandez Morales received a 35-year federal prison sentence for sex trafficking minors, using force, fraud and coercion, and other crimes, and was ordered to pay $179,000 in restitution. Morales was the fourth member of the Queens-based Cid-Dominguez Sex Trafficking Organization to receive multi-decade sentences; co-defendants received between 25 and over 31 years. Federal agents arrested the group in December 2021. The organization operated from Corona with business activities in Westchester County and Connecticut, and all four members were related by blood or common-law marriage. Since about 2002, defendants used force, threats, fraud and coercion to exploit women and underage girls from Mexico. One victim testified she was 15 when exploited.
