Authorities say they reviewed his private messages on Instagram during an investigation that started in Oakland, when the alleged victim robbed the same lingeries store twice in a week."
"They say they collected evidence George was having her charge $80 to $400 for dates with random strangers and that he would either bring her food or allow her to smoke marijuana in his vehicle when she needed a break. George used a cellphone app to track the girl's location when she was walking around local areas known for prostitution, according to police."
Timothy George Jr., 27, a Martinez resident who performs as Lil T1mmy, was charged with human trafficking, pimping, and pandering after his Nov. 19 arrest. A probe began after a 16-year-old allegedly robbed a lingerie store twice at knifepoint. Police allege Instagram messages showed George met and communicated with the minor, and that he profited by directing her to charge $80 to $400 for dates with strangers. Investigators say he provided food or allowed marijuana breaks and used a cellphone app to track her movements in areas known for prostitution. George has not entered a plea.
