Anne Lynch, 75, of Hull, was sentenced to 15 months in prison followed by one year of supervised release, prosecutors said."

The State Police Association of Massachusetts (SPAM) represents more than 1,500 troopers and sergeants and serves as the exclusive bargaining agent with the Commonwealth. Pullman became union president in 2012 and employed Lynch's lobbying firm during his tenure. Pullman resigned in September 2018 amid a federal investigation alleging the union had been operated as a racketeering enterprise. Both were arrested in August 2019 on fraud and obstruction charges.
