Whether a secret police force will obey a local law intended to keep them not-so-secret is another question, but everything that isn't nothing seems worth trying."

Racist texts from a local developer and conservative activist friends disrupted a council president election. Councilor Dan Ryan later issued an apology after criticism for focusing on the messenger rather than the racist messages.
