Roe brings more than 25 years of transit industry experience and is transitioning from Director of Infrastructure and Development Programming, where he oversaw the Metro Transit Infrastructure Fund program, rail right-of-way ownership and disposition activities, and procurement-related program support for Strategic Planning, Development, and Innovation. He previously held leadership roles including Senior Manager of Procurement and Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. Roe holds ASCM Supply Chain Certification and procurement certificates and is active in public purchasing organizations.
