"Epstein had repeatedly told me exactly what would happen when he died: his body would be placed in some sort of cryogenic chamber to be preserved until technology advanced far enough to bring him back to life,"
"That's what he'd always bragged to me, with that satisfied smirk on his face."
"as part of the natural order of things."
Jeffrey Epstein planned to have his body placed in a cryogenic chamber after death to be preserved until technology could potentially restore him. Cryonics companies freeze bodies after death, and no known method exists to bring people back to life. Virginia Giuffre described years of sexual abuse and alleged trafficking by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to scores of wealthy, powerful people, including Prince Andrew. Giuffre stated that Epstein justified sexual abuse "as part of the natural order of things." Giuffre died by suicide in April. Epstein killed himself in 2019 while awaiting trial, and Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence for trafficking girls to Epstein for sex.
