Kash Patel, the FBI Director, revealed two alcohol-related arrests in a 2005 letter during his Florida Bar application. The first incident occurred while he was a junior at the University of Richmond, resulting in a public intoxication charge after being removed from a basketball game. The second arrest happened in New York City during his law studies at Pace University, where he and friends were charged with public urination. Patel stated these incidents do not reflect his usual behavior. He is currently suing The Atlantic over a report on his alcohol use and related incidents.
