Briefly

Jasveen Sangha has struck a plea agreement with federal prosecutors concerning her role in the overdose death of a man associated with the Friends star. After initially pleading not guilty, Sangha will plead guilty to several charges related to ketamine distribution. She sold ketamine a few hours before the victim's overdose in 2019. Additional counts related to methamphetamine and other ketamine distributions will be dropped. Her sentencing could lead to a prison term of up to 45 years.
Sangha agreed to plead guilty to one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, three counts of distribution of ketamine, and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death or serious bodily injury.
Prosecutors had cast Sangha as a prolific drug dealer who was known to her customers as the Ketamine Queen, using the term often in press releases and court documents.
Sangha admitted to selling four vials of ketamine to another man, Cody McLaury, hours before he died from an overdose in 2019.
She could get up to 45 years in prison. She and Dr Salvador Plasencia had been the primary targets of the investigation.
