Tramonte Jamier Queen, 26, was convicted in federal court of one count of sex trafficking a child and one count of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in November 2023. He directed a 16-year-old to take provocative photos beginning in January 2022 for use in online commercial sex advertisements. He arranged for sex buyers to perform acts in his mother's basement in Dorchester and later transported the victim to hotels in Rhode Island. The operation involved at least two other victims, and he allegedly was physically abusive to one who was pregnant with his child. Neighbors noticed many men coming and going at the home. He was arrested on Feb. 5, 2022 while driving with the teen. Federal authorities emphasized holding traffickers accountable.
