""Honestly, today I feel like the win belongs to our wax team,""
""I had amazing kick. I was just so, so impressed, that was super crucial to success today, especially for 20 kilometers ... like, you can't fake it for 20K.""

Ben Ogden won a silver medal, becoming only the second American man to win an Olympic medal in cross-country skiing in 50 years. Jessie Diggins earned a bronze, marking her third consecutive Olympics with a medal. Ten ski technicians prepare skis before every race by applying specialized wax formulas, scraping, brushing, and testing them on snow to achieve the right kick and glide balance, particularly for classic technique races. The technicians travel Europe in a mobile workspace called Yolanda. Oleg Ragilo, the team's Wax Boss from Estonia who speaks five languages, has led the group since 2008.
