"Eventually she presented herself to the University of Michigan. Cooperated in some form of an investigation. As we all now know (Moore) was fired from his employment,"
"Then proceeded to a kitchen drawer, grabbed several butter knives and a pair of kitchen scissors. And began to threaten his own life,"
"I'm going to kill myself. I'm going to make you watch. My blood is on your hands. You've ruined my life."
Sherrone Moore had an affair with a female staff member for several years before she ended the relationship and reported it to the University of Michigan. The university dismissed Moore for an inappropriate relationship with a staff member. After losing his job, Moore repeatedly called and texted the woman, then forced entry into her apartment, grabbed kitchen knives and scissors, and threatened to kill himself while blaming her. Prosecutors charged Moore with three crimes, including home invasion and stalking. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf, bond was set at $25,000, and release conditions include no contact with the woman.
