"The mother-of-one said that she contacted the RAC, her breakdown cover provider, who initially assured her she would be treated as a priority. However, a link sent by the recovery service later indicated an estimated wait time of six hours. Ms Townsend Jones, from Tunbridge Wells, Kent, immediately called the RAC again, expressing her concern about being stranded with Ottilie."
