In Malden, crews reached Fellsmere Pond around 2 p.m. and found a young woman clinging to the edge of the ice; they pulled her from the water in less than 30 seconds. The rescued person, a 14-year-old girl, was conscious and alert after being pulled from about 30 feet deep and was taken to a Boston hospital.
