"I went over there to talk to the cop, and he told me about the water line. I asked him if I should move my car, and he told me I would be fine where I'm at.""

Tianna Graham shoveled snow from her car on the 1000 block of North Front Street after the winter storm and returned on Wednesday to find water nearby. She noticed a pipe burst and spoke with a police officer who said the car would be fine where it was parked. By Thursday Graham's Honda was completely covered in ice. The neighborhood experienced its sixth consecutive day below-freezing with no apparent progress on repairs. Action Cam footage showed at least one other vehicle impacted.
