The victim said she was gagged with a wad of fabric and was raped twice during the attack. Robert Koehler, 66, is accused of the assault and has a prior rape conviction from 1983. DNA evidence links Koehler to a series of Pillowcase Rapist sexual assaults across South Florida in the 1980s.
