A crash outside Travis Air Force Base resulted in two fatalities after a driver fled from Napa County Sheriff's deputies during a traffic stop. The incident began at 12:04 am on State Highway 12 when deputies attempted to pull over the suspects. The driver fled, leading to a pursuit that ended with a crash at 12:17 am, causing the car to burst into flames. Both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene, and the Solano County Coroner's Office is investigating.
