Jones was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and booked into the Napa County jail."

The call came in shortly after 12:30 a.m. and was initially a wellness check for Jones, Wofford said. When deputies arrived, Jones appeared to be under the influence of drugs and later admitted to using cocaine earlier that day, according to Wofford. She was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance"

On April 26 deputies conducted a wellness check at a Los Amigas Road residence, observed signs of drug influence, and Jones admitted to using cocaine, leading to an arrest for suspected intoxication. Jones was found dead at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco shortly before 3 a.m. on New Year's Day; the official cause of death was not yet released.
