"sponsorship and naming programs"
A 77-page set of recommendations presents dozens of proposals to improve state government efficiency and effectiveness. Recommendations include ending remote work policies for state employees, creating an online statewide customer relations system, encouraging consolidation of local school districts, reevaluating the structure of Health and Human Services, reviewing university administrative staffing, and generating revenue through sponsorship and naming programs at parks. Three highlighted priorities are rescinding outdated agency rules, building a sustainable framework for AI innovation, and adopting statewide Customer Relationship Management systems. Many proposals require legislative approval and coordination with state agency leaders before implementation.
