Bryan Kohberger to plead guilty in Idaho killings to avoid execution
Briefly

A man charged with murdering four University of Idaho students is set to plead guilty to avoid the death penalty. Bryan Kohberger's plea deal has angered the victims' families, who were against such a resolution. Shanon Gray, representing Kaylee Goncalves' family, expressed their disbelief over the lack of consultation regarding the plea. Despite efforts to push for capital punishment, the families felt their voices were not heard. They expressed feelings of betrayal by the prosecution and described receiving unexpected news about the plea deal, leading to frustration and anger.
