House Democrats released three Jeffrey Epstein emails describing Trump as "the dog that hasn't barked" and claiming one victim spent hours at my house with him. Epstein wrote to Michael Wolff: "Of course he knew about the girls as he asked Ghislaine [Maxwell] to stop." Republicans published a cache of 23,000 documents in response. Commentary compared the situation to Richard Nixon and the Watergate tapes, warned that Trump's refusal to address the emails appears condescending to his MAGA base, and cautioned that his far-right fringe may be self-created and uncontrollable.
