CNN's Scott Jennings Hits Back At Bill Maher Over Trump Uphold The Constitution' Flap
Briefly

In a segment on HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher, CNN analyst Scott Jennings confronted host Bill Maher over the latter's criticism of President Donald Trump's comments regarding the Constitution. Maher cited Trump's ambiguous answer about needing to uphold constitutional duties, but Jennings countered by emphasizing the importance of understanding the context of Trump’s words. SCOTT JENNINGS: ...what he said was not the summation of everything that he believes. He made a point that we have to think about the context and the implications.
