Alejandro Juarez, 39, who worked more than a decade at a Trump Organization golf club in New York, was detained during a routine ICE check-in and removed to Mexico without receiving an immigration hearing. Agents held him, transferred him to Newark, flew him to Texas, and forced him to walk across the Rio Grande. He pleaded that he had not been allowed to contest the deportation and left behind a wife seeking a green card and four U.S. citizen children, including an eldest son in the Marine Corps. ICE later discovered the removal had been routed to Texas by mistake and scrambled to locate him.
