Judge William Young condemned the Trump administration's actions as racial discrimination, reaffirming the urgency of addressing inequalities in health research funding, and the NIH now faces the obligation to release previously cancelled funding.
This represents racial discrimination and discrimination against America's LGBTQ community. I would be blind not to call it out.
This ruling means that the NIH will have to begin to disburse billions of dollars of funding that it had cancelled.
