Man found with fake U.S. Marshals jacket killed by sheriff's deputies

Andrew Biscay, 40, who had a history of violent behavior, was shot by San Luis Obispo County deputies while holding a pellet gun. Earlier, he had been arrested for impersonating a U.S. Marshal and carrying a fake badge and other suspicious items in his vehicle. After a 911 call from a woman who recognized Biscay, deputies found him in his vehicle. He aimed a handgun at the deputies and advanced upon them, prompting the officers to open fire, resulting in his death.
Bisgay, 40, had a history of violent behavior and was found carrying a fake badge, gun, and zip ties when encountered by deputies.
Madera County deputies discovered a jacket labelled 'U.S. Marshal Deputy', a self-made baton, a self-manufactured firearm, and ammunition in Biscay's vehicle.
Upon arriving, deputies found Biscay in his vehicle; he aimed a handgun at them and was subsequently shot after refusing to drop it.
Deputies opened fire when Biscay walked toward them with a gun; it was later identified as a Beretta PX4 Storm semi-automatic pellet gun.
