"My lawyers tell me they have no f**king case... and [arresting me under the FACE Act] is complete bulls**t."
"I'm just here photographing, I'm not part of the group... I'm a journalist,"
"ICE Out" and "Justice for Renee Good,"
Activists interrupted a service at Cities Church calling for the resignation of pastor David Easterwood and chanting "ICE Out" and "Justice for Renee Good" after a queer mother of three was killed by an ICE agent. Easterwood is the acting field office director for Enforcement and Removal Operations at an ICE field office in St. Paul. The administration arrested three protesters and charged them under the FACE Act. One arrestee, William Kelly, publicly criticized the charges. The president and White House officials called for Don Lemon's arrest; Lemon said he was photographing and identified himself as a journalist. A federal magistrate judge declined to approve DOJ charges against Lemon, enraging Attorney General Pam Bondi.
