Tearful Nancy Mace Flees Hearing With Epstein Victims
Briefly

Rep. Nancy Mace left an Oversight briefing with six Jeffrey Epstein survivors after experiencing a full-blown panic attack, describing sweating, hyperventilating, shaking and difficulty breathing. She exited visibly emotional, teary-eyed, and declined to answer reporters' questions. Mace posted on X that as a recent survivor she had a very difficult time listening to the victims' stories and expressed empathy for all survivors. Mace has publicly accused her former fiancé, Patrick Bryant, and three others of sexual assault, and shared a photo she says was taken without consent. One accused man, Brian Musgrave, denied the accusations and filed a defamation lawsuit.

Since it's already being reported Yes I left the Oversight briefing with Epstein victims early. As a recent survivor (not 2 years in), I had a very difficult time listening to their stories. Full blown panic attack. Sweating. Hyperventilating. Shaking. I can't breathe. I feel the immense pain of how hard all victims are fighting for themselves because we know absolutely no one will fight for us. GOD BLESS ALL SURVIVORS.
Mace has been candid about her past sexual assault ordeal. Earlier this year, she accused her former fiance, tech entrepreneur Patrick Bryant, and three others of sexual assault during a lengthy House floor speech. One of those men, Brian Musgrave, denied Mace's accusations, and has even filed a defamation lawsuit against her, Politico reported. In May, she shocked Congress when she shared a photo of her nude silhouette that she claimed was taken by Bryant without consent.
